RYAN MOORE

Managing Partner / Chief Strategy Officer

Ryan Moore brings 20+ years of professional real estate experience to his role as a managing partner and chief strategy officer of MVS. Before founding MVS in 2010, he and fellow managing partner Greg Hammond launched Market Value of Atlanta, a regional full-service appraisal firm. Together, they have leveraged their experiences running a successful appraisal company into growing a leading nationwide AMC. Ryan is a certified appraiser in Georgia, Michigan, Oregon, Nevada, Wisconsin and Virginia. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of West Georgia.

GREG HAMMOND

Managing Partner / Chief Operating Officer

Greg Hammond is a seasoned real estate professional with 20+ years of experience in the industry. He founded MVS in 2010 with fellow managing partner Ryan Moore, whom he had partnered with to launch the regional appraisal firm Market Value of Atlanta. Greg is also very active in the Atlanta community serving on various boards and committees, many appointed by the Lieutenant Governor’s office. Greg is a licensed appraiser in both Georgia and Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of West Georgia.

TERESA MARINO

Vice President of Human Resources

As vice president of human resources, Teresa Marino is responsible for all human resources policies, programs and services for MVS. Areas of responsibility include employee relations, organization development and compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. Since first becoming a member of Ryan and Greg’s Market Value of Atlanta team in 2002, she has managed appraisers and all parts of the appraisal process for the past 20 years. Teresa also holds a business degree in accounting.
